Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the plotr.ai website, waitlist, and any related content (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you’re using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

plotr.ai is an early-stage product. The marketing site and waitlist let you learn about it and request access. Features, availability, and pricing described on the site are subject to change while we build.

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or any particular timeline.
• Early-access and design-partner arrangements may be governed by a separate agreement that controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
• We may add, change, or remove features and content at any time.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate these Terms.
• Probe, scrape, scan, or test the security of the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
• Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Service to send spam or distribute malware.

The Service — including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by plotr.ai or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from it except as expressly permitted.

You keep ownership of the information you submit through the waitlist or contact forms. By submitting it, you grant us permission to use it to operate and improve the Service and to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to share.

The Service may link to third-party sites and rely on third-party providers. We don’t control those and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Because the product is early, we make no promises that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any feature will ship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, plotr.ai and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (likely zero for the marketing site) or USD $100.

You agree to defend and indemnify plotr.ai against claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which plotr.ai is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
