plotr.ai (“plotr,” “we,” “us”) builds an AI-native marketing and creative platform for solo founders and lean teams. This policy explains what we collect through our marketing site and waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific on purpose.

We only collect what we need to run the site and respond to you:

• Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and any context you choose to share about your team or use case.
• Contact & support messages. When you contact sales or support, we collect your name, email, and the contents of your message.
• Usage & device data. As you browse, we receive standard analytics — pages viewed, referring links, approximate location (from IP), browser, and device type.
• Session activity. We may record anonymized session replays (clicks, scrolls, navigation) to understand how the site is used and to fix problems. Sensitive inputs are masked by default.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

We use the information above to:

• Manage the waitlist and let you know when access opens up.
• Respond to sales, support, and design-partner inquiries.
• Understand which pages and products resonate, and improve them.
• Detect, prevent, and debug abuse, errors, and security issues.
• Send occasional product updates — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

We rely on a small set of trusted processors who handle data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Supabase — database and authentication for waitlist and account data.
• PostHog — product analytics, session replay, and error tracking.
• Vercel — site hosting and aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic analytics.

These providers may process data outside your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies — some strictly necessary to make the site work, and some to measure usage so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not function as expected if you do.

We honor “Do Not Track” and global privacy control signals where your browser sends them.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, waitlist entries until you ask to be removed or the waitlist closes, and support messages for as long as needed to resolve and document your request. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@plotr.ai— we’ll verify your request and respond within the timeframe the law requires.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

plotr.ai is built for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, give you additional notice.
