We're building plotr.ai for the team we used to be.

A few years ago, the rule was simple: if you wanted to attack a real problem with software, you needed a few hundred thousand dollars, a team of five to ten, and a network that opened the right doors. The first round of AI tooling broke part of that rule — building a product is now possible with a laptop, a stack of API keys, and the kind of conviction that doesn't require permission.

But marketing one? That's still expensive. Agencies still charge agency rates. Creative teams still take weeks. The deck, the demo video, the landing page, the pipeline that turns curiosity into customers — all of it still requires a team that solo founders and lean operators don't have.

So we're building it.

What we believe

Five principles behind every product we ship.

Leverage shouldn't require permission.

The gatekeepers — the venture funds, the agencies, the platforms that took 30% to introduce you to a customer — are still there. They are no longer the only road. We are building tools for the other road.

Automation handles volume. Editors handle craft.

We don't believe AI replaces taste. We believe it removes the friction between having taste and shipping with it. Every plotr.ai product has a real editor underneath the AI — so when you outgrow templates, you don't have to outgrow the platform.

Observability over magic.

Every workflow versioned. Every run replayable. Every action reversible. AI you can't audit isn't leverage; it's a liability waiting to surface.

Per-team, not per-seat.

Solo founders shouldn't pay enterprise rates. Adding a teammate shouldn't be a tax. The next person on your team is a multiplier, not a line item.

Open standards over lock-in.

MCP, OAuth, Git-friendly definitions. Your work is portable. Your data is yours.

Who we're for

If you're a solo founder, a two-person studio, or a small team running on conviction more than capital — you're who we built this for.

If you've ever opened a new browser tab to wire together five SaaS subscriptions just to send one campaign, you're who we built this for.

If you've ever watched a perfectly good idea die because the cost of marketing it was bigger than the idea itself, you're definitely who we built this for.

Where we are

We're early. We're shipping fast. We're building in public on the parts we can. If you want a tool that's already settled, we're not it yet. If you want a platform you can shape — and a team that's going to ship like it remembers what it costs to be the only one in the room — that's us.
